Here’s some advice from the Planning Pod team on something that eventually happens to everyone who has been in business for a while: losing a client. Granted, it’s not the most uplifting of circumstances, but just remember … when you lose a client, instead of kicking yourself (or the poor sap whose fault is it), take a deep breath and try to learn something from it.
